Stopped in to pickup some milk for the kids. It was late and I just grabbed the milk. When I arrived home I noticed that it was chucky and rotten. I checked the expiration date and it said March.. It's August 19th. months old... I will never buy anything from this discussing store. STAY AWAY!

Kind of confused went in for one of the free slurpees and get Hotdogs together with it. However walking in we saw a hand written sign that said no free slurpees. I understand if you run our of cups since they're specialized. However when you're cutting off customers and raising your voice to tell them NO Slurpees Read the sign as they walk in. It doesn't feel like you want anyone's business. I just get frustrated when we expect at least a little customer service and communication vs being rude to everyone.

Worst 711 in the area. Staff are all family members so there is zero accountability. They are all rude! Every single one of them! The store is in disarray constantly and they don't have basic items that the other 711's always have. It's a shame that this one rude family took over what used to be one of the best store locations. Don't give them your business!

The absolute worst experience. Racially profiled and accused of stealing when all I wanted was an iced coffee.The man working was horrible and shouldn’t be in customer service. Just drive a little up the road and go somewhere else instead.

The WORST customer service and attitudes from any 7-Eleven that I've EVER been in. It appears that it's the norm for the employees here. I'm not usually one to leave any kind of negative review as I'd rather praise exemplary customer service but this location needs a whole new set of public facing employees.

Edit: this was supposed to review the 7-11 on Cardinal, sorry to the 7-11 on Country Club, who may be doing everything right.Consistency is key: "Fancy" coffee machine hasn't been refilled in weeks, same with the half & half and whole milk dispensers. I'm going to give up and just bring coffee from home, because this constant disappointment sucks.

The people who work at this particular 7/11 location are the rudest people I have ever had to tolerate for the sake of “convenience”. I don’t even want to go into details but I can see by the other comments I am definitely not the only one to have this experience with them.
