Great service. If you want good pressure ask for Jeanetta. You won't go wrong. I literally fall asleep with how good the massages are.

Massage and facial are great when you can get in. I feel I have difficulty getting the slots I'm looking for which takes away from the membership experience. Also since having my membership I have had two lets just call them “issues”, and they were pretty much addressed with get over it basically. To me and being in the customer service world in previous jobs; if my employees made a mistake, I would absorb the mistake over the customer. That doesn’t happen here, but they will tell you “No” with a smile.

I visited Massage Envy for a Mother’s Day treat, walking in excited and hopeful for a relaxing experience but unfortunately, it turned into an uncomfortable visit.
I asked if I could record a small part of my session (and mentioned I’d put it away if it wasn’t allowed), but the masseuse went to speak about me with another employee. I happened to walk out at that moment to get help with my necklace and overheard them, which made the situation more uncomfortable than it needed to be.
I had clearly noted in my intake form that my focus areas were my arms and back, but my back was never touched during the session. I understand this was a lymphatic drainage massage, which may differ, but since the specific question was asked, I expected at least some attention to those areas. The massage felt unbalanced most of the time was spent on my neck and left arm, and my hand was never touched at all, which is unusual based on previous physical therapy experiences.
The session felt off, and it honestly didn’t bring the relief or relaxation I was hoping for. Ironically, the most talkative part of the experience was after the massage, which felt more like a subtle push for a tip than genuine concern about how I felt.
While I did express my concerns, I wasn’t offered a follow-up session with a different therapist, which was disappointing. So I’m sharing this here to help others make an informed choice.
The front desk staff member who’s a cancer survivor was kind and professional, which I appreciated. If you do decide to visit, I’ve heard Margaret is a good therapist although I didn’t get the chance to experience a session with her myself.
Based on this visit, I personally wouldn’t return or recommend this location, and I do wish I had taken my business elsewhere.

Rae is AMAZING! I got a Birthday massage and it was exactly what I needed. I work a high stress level job and had a lot of tension. I will be back!

I've had 2 stretch sessions with Sean, who is gorgeous btw. I communicated an old injury on my side that i still feel years later(im 53). At some point he stretched a muscle that had never been isolated before, and it ran directly through that internal bruise. Its amost a week later, and I feel 10 yrs younger when i stand up. Cant believe I was almost resigned to the aging process.
Stretching is under-rated. Most people need a good stretch and they just don't realize it.

Ann is the best, and has really made a difference in my skin since I’ve been coming to her for nearly a year. She recently tried out the new Oxygenating treatment facial and I must say you really glow after it, and it is probably my new favorite!

Sharon E. was great, as always. During my most recent visit to the Dumfries Massage Envy office, I got a really relaxing massage that worked out the kinks in my lower back, feet, and calves. I plan on returning as often as I can. If I may, I would like to recommend Sharon E. for a bonus or paid time off as a reward for the consistently excellent massage therapy she provides. Also, the front desk crew are courteous, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for excellent service!

Ms. Ann is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and provided education on my skin, the best products, and what to use moving forward. My first facial and it was excellent.

My card was charged for another members account and it took two weeks of me calling back to get anything resolved. All I got was "Sabrina" is working 3 locations and will let corporate know and they will call you. No Call from them. I don't care if she was working 10 locations customer service is customer service. Thank goodness for KRYSTAL at the front desk she was the only one who took her time to figure out what happened. She should be running the location!! It literally took her a day, but Sabrina couldn't figure it out in two weeks. Not once did she apologize. I just felt brushed off. No communication from her. Why do I have to keep calling back when it was YOUR mistake. Needless to say I am still waiting on my refund.

13 year membership with Massage Envy and understand inflation but the increased pricing coupled with limited therapists has made it increasingly difficult to get value from membership. The Dumfries team is lovely and when I am able to book, the massage is good. If it’s Melvin or Sharon Soch, it is GREAT.
