Went in for fingerprints . There was a lady there a black women I don’t know her name. But she was very kind and took me way before my appointment . Very kind woman she had a mask on covered up. Her spirit was kind I liked her energy for some reason.

I’m not impressed by this place. It says on the sign and website that they pack the boxes for you but they hardly had any box sizes when it came to actually packing them. So they put the items in much larger boxes than needed which made the items cost a lot more than they should have to ship.
They also charge you for items but they don’t give you the exact charges/ breakdown on the receipt. When asked about that they said they aren’t able to do that.

I've been using Pakmail for years to handle our mail and packages. However, since the change in management last June, the experience has drastically declined. Prices have increased significantly, and today, they held our packages because our mailbox expired in December. Instead of notifying us professionally, they refused to release our items until payment was made on the spot.
Last month, my wife went in to ship a package, and they quoted her $103. I shipped the same package myself for just $22. When I raised this issue and requested a call from their management, I was promised a follow-up, but no one ever contacted me. Similarly, my father-in-law tried to send a letter, and they quoted $42, which we shipped elsewhere for $4.
We renewed our mailbox for another six months but will be transitioning all our services to another provider. It’s disappointing to see a business prioritize profits over building relationships with long-term customers.
