I walked in at 5:50 and stood in front of a counter waiting. The person on staff kept avoiding me, walking around the room, but not doing anything. When the clock struck 6, he told me he can't help me. He purposely made me wait for 10 minutes not speaking to me so he would not have to help. He also stopped a person from finishing the copies he was helping her with, saying now that it was 6 she had to stop the job mid-job. This was probably a good thing since he had made her copies crooked when he started the job anyway! Just drive a mile down to the UPS store at Fortuna Plaza for cheaper prices and better service!

I mailed my package off from this Pak Mail location in Montclair, VA via Fedex on 18 March 22 with a scheduled delivery date of end day, 21 March 22 however, it didn't get sent out with FedEx until 5:20 pm today according the FedEx tracking number. I called up to this Pak Mail location this morning and the associate told me ALL packages went out last Friday and Saturday! However that was obviously impossible if my package just went out at 5:20 pm today, as alluded to above? I guess I caught you all in a lie which is some sheisty business pratices. I should file a complaint with the BBB but I am sure your not registered with them. I called up to your location at 5:35 pm today again once I received the FedEx tracking update and your associate said the package failed to go out on Friday and Saturday. If that is so.....why???? I paid your Pak Mail location and FedEx over $37 to get it delivered today and it didn't even go out until today. Your associate stated that there is nothing he do for me! How about refund at least your fees for failing to mail my package on-time? I will never use your establishment again. I will also ensure I provide negative reviews with your location across all social media platforms and review websites as well spreading word of mouth with everyone I know about this negative experience. This was very poor customer service! Thanks for the run around, BS answers as well clear lack of integrity and accountability

I was stressed out trying to figure out how to affordably transfer an antique chair from my Dad's home state to Texas. These folks put me at ease and found the ideal solution in FedEx Home. Gave me a really good deal on custom packaging as well. Very friendly staff; they had me laughing by the time I left. Chair arrived well-protected and just fine. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

So, really pretty angry- minor but annoying. I'm returning a small item and the vendor sent me a prepaid Fed Ex label. I call Pac Mail and ask if I can drop it off there with the label. The guy says yes. I ask if I should pack it in my own box and the guy says, "We can put it in a box." I ask if there is a charge for the box since I have plenty of my own boxes and he says, "No, we won't charge you for the box." Sure enough, I drive 20 minutes to get there, give the woman at the counter the label and item, she packs it up, and tells me I owe $3.20 for the box. Total bait and switch! I could have dropped this off anywhere with my own box but I got burned by going to these guys. I understand that small businesses have to make money but honor your verbal commitments instead of nickeling and dimeing customers.

Received good services yesterday. The owner graciously waited for me to arrive so I could get my much needed item returned. I thought the item was supposed to be sent back via UPS, very mistaken late on Saturday, all the post office windows was now closed. My package was taken and scanned. PAKMAIL totally saved the day for me.

Worst service ever - do not use them - if you do use them, please GET A RECEIPT so you can track the package or file a claim.

Supposed to open at 9:30. I sat here for 20 minutes and no one opened. I guess I'll have to find a new spot to mail from.
