“Our child started at Lake Ridge KinderCare at 6 months old. As first time parents, we were very nervous at first to leave her in the care of others, but our worries literally disappeared on day 1. She has grown and learned SO much since then, and it’s very evident that she also LOVES spending time at her school. Huge shoutout to all the infant/toddler room teachers, and especially to Ms Ana and Ms Maria who have been there since the very beginning.

We also enjoyed viewing pictures/videos through the app so we could check in on how she’s doing throughout the day. This place treated us so well that we immediately searched for a KinderCare facility in our new state for our upcoming move. Highly highly recommend this place.”

“My grandson absolutely loves it here. This is his second center after us returning back stateside.
The center answered all my questions without hesitation. The center has a nice mix of students. My grandson is only 2 he knows color, numbers and letters not just by being able to say them but also in written form.
He comes home talking about he had a great day at school. He is happy to go without hesitation. This in itself lets me know that I made the best decision by moving him from his other center.”

“We are going to the Goddard School since 2022. It has been an amazing experience for us and our daughter, and she has received so much love here from everyone. She is growing up as a happy kid because of the environment she got in this school. Her class teacher Ms. LaShawn is an excellent teacher and also a very caring person. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the kids enjoy their daily activities together. Our daughter loves her teacher so much that she misses her when the school is closed.

From the moment me and my husband toured it was smooth and we knew this was the place for her. She had fun every time I come pick her up and the amount of things they offer just blows my mind. My daughter comes home ready for bed and tired, due to there fun Jam Pack day. Being able to see pictures off her and updates makes me feel I’m there with her and Essie’s all my worries that’s I had. “I recently toured this preschool and was so impressed! The center was clean, bright, and thoughtfully organized for young learners. The staff was warm, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell they truly care about the children and take pride in what they do. The classrooms were full of engaging materials, and the daily schedule balances learning, play, and social development so well. I left the tour feeling confident and excited about the possibility of enrolling. Highly recommend scheduling a visit if you’re looking for a quality preschool!”

“My child has been going to this school for a little less than a year. I was nervous about placing my child in a daycare. However, the daycare has done EVERYTHING to smooth those nerves! Each morning and afternoon I am greeted with a good morning and goodbye from the staff! I am receiving pictures and notes each day! The baby room has a wonderful staff that inform you everyday all the things your child has done and how they are doing. I feel that my child is safe and loved each day I walk in and walk out. “This may or may not be my first review of Wonderful Virginia Academy but I want to reiterate how much I appreciate this place. We chose to move to WVA after key departures from our previous daycare and considerable cost increases that gave us little reason to stay. We had no idea what to expect.

Today our daughters look forward to every day at WVA. The staff, particularly Miss Kim, Miss Sue, and Miss A (but really almost everyone I've encountered) makes our girls feel so welcome. The dropoff/pickup hours are great and the staff is quick to communicate any issues our kids might have or any progress they've made. We are extremely grateful for their help and confident knowing our children are always well cared for.”

“Today was the last day at the Springs for the younger of two kids to graduate. It's a sad day because we so highly value the administration, teachers, and anyone else in the school. The school is incredibly welcoming to families, bright and clean, and loving. Both of my sons left well prepared for public elementary school. They are loving, kind, happy and intellectually curious kids, with good reading, writing and math skills. We will be forever grateful for the time at the Springs.”

We are regularly updated by her teachers and school leadership and love that we are able to access a live feed to check on her at anytime. Ms. Sarah has been a great resource for us and is always available if we have any questions. Highly recommend La Petite if you’re in the Lorton area.”

“This school is amazing! Our 2 year old learned so much from beginning to end of his time in the Montessori program. His teachers were amazing, and loving. I never worried about him, and knew he was in good hands. The front office staff was also so accommodating and understanding when things came up that were out of our control. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a loving, nurturing and accommodating program for their little ones.”

“Our daughter started attending at 1 year old back in 2023 after switching from a home daycare. We noticed immediately how quickly she was learning new things and vast improvements to her speech! The curriculum they use clearly works and the teachers and directors are amazing with the kids and easy to work with! The SproutAbout app is convenient and makes keeping up the your little one throughout the day easy and seamless.
We love this place, so much so that we started our 3 month old just recently as well!
