I called for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I got offered a drink right when I sat down on the pedicure chair. The really young girl did my nails was quiet. She didn’t talk to me AT ALL until she offered me a Christmas design on my ring finger nails. My nails turned out pretty cute !! She did a really good job on shaping. I showed her an inspo picture and they turned out like what I want. Definitely coming back !!!

I gave this nail salon another chance after leaving more than a year ago. New management and now great service, clean environment, and more.

I’ve never had a problem with nail fungus, but after having a pedicure at this salon, I began noticing something strange about one of my toe nails. After months pain and thinking it was nerve damage from a previous back injury. However, during a recent visit with my doctor regarding my nerve damage, he informed me i have nail fungus!!! I first began noticing the discoloration as the nail gel grew out that applied at Lovely Nails. Now most of this nail has completely fallen off. Upon reading the review regarding technicians poor hygiene standards, I’m more convinced than ever, this salon is where I contracted this issue !!! Oh yeah, I was also given services I did not request, and they acted like they didn’t understand, due to a language barrier.

Had an appointment. Short staffed so I waited 30 minutes for my pedicure. My husband waited over an hour. His pedicure was done in 10 minutes. SMH. Couldn't wait fir my nails to be done as a walk in was seen before me. Dint think I'll be going back. 3 stares because my pedicure was good.

This picture was just 2 weeks from getting my nails done. Usually when I get a powder set, it lasts long. This set however barely made it through this time frame. I'm bummed but know better now

We have been bringing my Dad here after trying several places. On the first visit there was a lot of overgrown and damaged toenails. The shop that had agreed to do them the week before only did one for and never told me. I expected extra charges worth the amount of work they did here but they did not Charge more and the lady ever put his shoes and socks back on. Every time they do a great job with much kindnessServices: Manicures

I had an African American lady take care of me. I really appreciated her conversation as she did my nails. I paid $30 for a pedicure plus $10 for callus removal. She did not cut the cuticles, use the little hook to remove skin under the nails or take the dead skin off. She simply wet my feet, did a quick, very quick scrub with a cheese crater. There is still dead skin all over, the pedicure was so so so fast. I still have the cuticles untrimmed, and all my dead skin and my nails still hurt, which is why I go for pedicures, to trim the sides to alleviate that pain. (And Im not talking an ingrown, just needs a little trimming) the lady was so rude to me, told me I need better self care at home for my feet and if I want calluses properly removed I need to buy the spa pedicure. I feel like I just got robbed. I left crying. I spoke só Kingsley to eye, assuring her it’s ok, there just needs to be a solution and not to be upset. She was so angry someone questioned her work. I just wanted a solution considering I paid $10 extra to remove dry skin. My message to the owners is to let please get better help that will work with clients and be kind to them, willing to reassess a job if need be.Service: Pedicures

Do not go here! My boyfriend went in and asked for a regular pedicure. He had been before so knew what to ask for. A regular pedicure costs about $30. The person who gave him the pedicure added many other features rocks, wax, etc. He asked if that was included and the woman said yes. When he went to pay they charged him $60. After he told me I called that same day and told them he had asked for the regular pedicure and the woman said he had gotten the top pedicure and that there were no refunds. I told them they were cheating their their customers and that he asked for a regular pedicure. She said the woman who was doing his pedicure didn’t speak English and I told her that’s not my problem and he needs a refund. I’m waiting on a decision from the manager. He won’t be going back …. Except to get his refund.Service: Pedicures
