Used to love this place, but have had issues the last 2 times that I was in there. I'm 44yrs old and can not buy nicotine because my ID won't "scan"! I am not a child. I am obv of age, at what point does common sense take over? I am a working man, none of my cards ever "scan"

I got chicken wings on 8-4-24. They were cold. They weren't even warm. They were not crispy. It seems as if they went from the cold to room temperature and then in the case. I guess 7-11 is trying to make someone sick. The worst part is I called back to the store but the response was no help at all.

The Worst Management Ever... The Store Owner Is Very Nasty To Her Employees & Also Rude To Customers.... Food Is Over Cooked Or Dried Out... I Wouldn't Recommend This Store To Anyone!!!

Took 10 minutes for clerk to finally come and take money. She went outside, came back and went to talk with someone in the back. Passed us at the counter waiting and proceeded to open a pizza before ringing us up. The Customer comes first!! Get Someone who knows how to wait on people.
