Don't bother trying to use chat with this Bank. They're horrible they don't know what they're doing and they don't listen to the customer especially if you get a customer service representative named Jonathan. Worst representative either, and completely incompetent.

I will never ever return to this branch ever again. They capped how much (of my money) I was allowed to withdraw and blamed it on the virus. I had to go to the King George branch to get my business completed.
