U-Haul provides truck rentals, trailers, cargo van and pick-up truck rentals for local or one way moves. Other available moving day tools include shipping boxes and moving supplies, and U-Box containers via online reservation. Customer service was phenomenal, helpful staff, and easy check-in and out process. The trailer was ready, check-in was easy and fast, and the gentleman at the counter was nice and polite. Drop off was smooth and easy, and the whole process took only a few minutes. Even when a website issue caused a duplicate reservation, the store called to verify and cancelled one at no charge. Vehicle was fine and service was A+ experience.

Truck was ready for pickup. It worked well. The system seems to always “be down” at this location so I always use the U-Haul app. Very user friendly app for me to use. Thank you.
