DRIVERS DONT GET LOADS OUT OF THIS PLACE!!! You are gonna lose your whole day waiting for your trailer to be loaded. Been waiting almost 8 hours “for them to call me and let me know when the trailer is loaded and the paperwork ready”(and I’m still here waiting). And on top of that, they don’t allow drivers to use the bathroom. I Don’t know where they want us to do our “business”.Because of them being lazy,(there is not much truck traffic over here) I’m not going to make my delivery in the suburbs of Chicago for the next day, I’m gonna be 3 days on this load.Please book your loads wisely. These ppl are not worth dealing with.Ps. When I booked the load, on the confirmation it said the weight 14122lbs. If the load is going to weigh more, I’m not going to haul it for them, and have I’m gonna have them unload my truck. They should get treated the way they treat ppl.I’ll keep you guys posted with more updated on this

Too bad I couldn't give this place zero stars was treated very rudely by the lady inside no one was in the office when I arrived, so I went to go park in the back to just chill for a few minutes and wait for them to get back from break, when I went back to the office to check in I get griped at for going back there, what a joke, There's no need to treat people like this just tell me in a polite manner instead of acting like a total *****

Be prepared to wait a long time to get loaded. Arrived early for 14:30 appointment. 18:30 and still waiting.
