If I could give 0 stars, I would. I recently had a service tech come to my home because my tank was leaking gas from the Guage. At this visit, the tech advised he could not do anything to fix it and I would need to call and have another tech come out to service my tank. I called 2x to get an idea of cost and options for repair vs. purchasing/renting a new tank. Both times I spoke to reps who had no idea about a way to help me. I requested a call back from someone that could help with my request. 2 days later I get a call and the 1st person I spoke with said they could send a service tech to evaluate the issue and see if it could be repaired. I requested a cost break down with options. I was then transferred to their resolution dept. Who advised that because I own the tank they cannot do anything at all. Repair or replace! Are you kidding me!? Because I own the tank you cant do anything? Wow! I got 3 different responses from 3 different people, 2 of which barely spoke English and had difficulty understanding me and vice versa. To say I will take my business elsewhere is an understatement. I have been with Amerigas for 10+ years and never had an issue. This is completely unacceptable!

It has been a nightmare working with this company. After buying a new home I was billed accidentally for propane delivered to another address. Over the course of the last 4 months I have talked to numerous people in their billing department and received confirmation numbers (and assurance that the issue was resolved)...only to receive bill after bill with additional late fees attached. Debating having them dig the tank up, pay me for remaining fuel, and transferring services to another provider. The level of incompetence here for far has been unbelievable.

I've called 4 times in the last 2 months to have a tank removed off my property. The only available contact number sends me to a call center in Asia.

The crew who relocated our tank were excellent. On time and communicated with me so we were in sync. The last customer service agent was also great. He discovered that there was a notation in our file requiring the tank to be relocated (approx 10 feet). All 4 or 5 agents I spoke with over a 3 week period when I was tying to get a refill kept giving me a delivery date. When I on 3 occasions asked if there was something preventing a delivery I was told there was not. One agent went as far as to say he had removed an exemption and the next 3 agents agreed there were no exemptions. That last agent not only saw the exemption immediately, he scheduled a crew to relocate the tank 2 business days later. During this 3 week period according to your website the price per gallon increased 50 cents. So I recommended the first agents receive remedial training on exemptions.

Getting charged extra for the rentals.. last year I had to get gas before a certain time. This year was a certain amount.
Should have been told about these changes...I received no gmail or letter being advised of such changes

The driver that delivers my gas does a good job and is very nice and before the fire in Mont Jackson burned down the gas station there I got very good service
