“We had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on a road trip, very far from our home in NY, but fortunate that we did so near Kenny and his garage. He was patient with us in the ensuing weeks as we arranged to have the car picked up for donation after it’s untimely demise. He was helpful in getting my plates back to me in NY. A bright spot in a not so great situation.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“While broke down on I-81 and waiting for road service, an employee of A1 came by on the way back to his shop. He didn't have to, but he stopped to check and make sure I had help on the way. That's how you do things right! Kudos to A1 and the fellow who stopped.”
