He discovered that there was a notation in our file requiring the tank to be relocated (approx 10 feet). All 4 or 5 agents I spoke with over a 3 week period when I was tying to get a refill kept giving me a delivery date. When I on 3 occasions asked if there was something preventing a delivery I was told there was not. One agent went as far as to say he had removed an exemption and the next 3 agents agreed there were no exemptions. That last agent not only saw the exemption immediately, he scheduled a crew to relocate the tank 2 business days later. During this 3 week period according to your website the price per gallon increased 50 cents. So I recommended the first agents receive remedial training on exemptions.”
