I have experienced mail service from all over the USA and the best service I have ever received is right here in Mount Jackson, VA. Everyone I have met at the Post Office and the different carriers I have had here all show that they actually care about customer service and practice it on a daily basis.

We’ve been home and we’re expecting packages (nothing heavy) and it says delivery attempted/mailbox full. 1. Our mailbox was empty 2. There was no attempt at all. The woman during the week is amazing but the Friday/Saturday person who delivers is just plain lazy.

never answer their phone never has answers. since maintenance changed they such. close and transfer to Woodstock they actually do their jobs
