Needless to say, I needed to make a change. I changed my diet and the beef from Wisecarver Ranch became the staple of my diet and my primary protein source. Six months later I had my bloodwork redone. My total cholesterol dropped to 226 from 319. My LDL (bad) cholesterol dropped from 289 to 162. My HDL (good) rose from 11 to 36. While I’m not where I want to be yet, these results were incredible and I’m moving in the right direction.
