I accidentally left my debit card in the ATM machine which I take responsibility for. This happened at 4:59pm. I pulled up to the window to speak to someone at exactly 5pm. There was no one at the window but an elderly lady finishing her work and completely ignored me, however she eventually and reluctantly came to the window. I explained the issue and she said I could come back in the morning and I could get it. I decided to call first to make sure and now they’re saying 2:30pm.Doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency to create a good customer service experience.Again, it was my fault to start with but expected to get better service than this!
