We primarily live in Richmond but were visiting Wintergreen when our dog came down with a terrible case of intestinal distress. They worked her in and she received prompt, compassionate, and excellent care. I would be happy to bring my dogs back here.

One star only to post my concerns, otherwise this veterinarian hospital would have NO STARS.The staff is very rude! Especially the office manager. We were not allowed in the room when they were treating our dog & I have never seen this practice in the 42 years I have owned pets. Heaven forbid if you ask a question regarding the treatment of your pet!! They refused further service to us for doing so! Many other great vets locally!!
