Great little store with very friendly staff, there Fudge is amazing and they have items that you don't see in many small stops like this one.

Great place for souvenirs if your traveling. Fudge is top notch and there's always a friendly face behind the counter. I still don't know everything they carry, but they have a lot of gift items. Local honey, knick knacks, Keychains, fireworks, candles, soap, ice cream, you name it they probably have it.

Great old-fashioned General Store/gas station with THE BEST HOME-ROASTED VIRGINIA PEANUTS!
We were greeted by Kurt's we entered the store. The bathrooms were clean, and the store was huge, and stocked with cards, t shirts, hats, fireworks, kids toys, snacks, homemade fudge, and more, as well as the best peanuts. Kurt was the epitome of 'southern hospitality.' Super cool and friendly family-run place.
You've lots of options for fuel stops...you're gonna do Royal Farms for fried chicken...but you're also gonna wanna stop here for fireworks, fudge, friendlibess, and a few bags of those fresh roasted peanuts!

Well my bus won't pass a gas station as I get a whole 6 miles to the gallon but it's very hard to find a gas station that I can fit in as I am 60 ft long and a lot of them like to line up the pumps so you are facing the building well that doesn't work for me unless they want to open the windows so I can pull the front end of my bus inside the store so I can fill up the back of my bus at the gas pump I don't know what they were thinking but this particular gas station and a lot of other ones took that into consideration and put the pump sideways like they should be thank you so much for doing that and we filled up and on our way we went

Bonnie's Bounty was a fun little gift shop with nice souvenirs. We got lots of things for our family on the way back from our trip to VA.
