Very disappointed and rude to deal with. Had a package that was to be delivered to my house. Tracking said they stopped and left a note with further directions. There was no note and when I called the next day they had already sent my package back to the sender causing a bunch of other issues. The mail carrier was rude and unapologetic, even hung up on me. Very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I hope no one has to deal with them like this. It is unfortunate for our mail service to show such lack of caring and responsible for their actions.
