I was heading back home from hunting trip down Southern Wva when fuel pump went out on my diesel pickup truck just before New Market exit in Va. Looked up 24hr towing services and I called "Fleet Care Inc. Phone rang,rang,rang,rang,rang,rang,rang. Nobody never did answer so the advertising "24hr" service must not be true. So had to call a towing service that actually does "24hr service " they were towards Broadway , Va 😉 lol. So Fleet Care Inc gets a 1 star rating for advertising 24hr service and not even answering the phone .

Absolutely a fantastic Mechanic shop!!! The work on my truck was done very well!!!! This man has forgotten more about mechanics than most mechanics will ever know. I will drive five states over to take my truck back to these people!!!! Very reasonably priced and affordable!!!!

I had a ac issue, Jerry had done some testing on the car and was able to trace it down and fix the issue. Fast service and very professional. Highly recommended.

Fast reliable affordable excellent service. They answered the phone the first time I called.They had everything needed to get my driver going in a timely manner. Convenient easy place to find if you need to get to the shop. I have used twice in the past couple months and will continue to when I’m in the area.

Traveling South on I81 with our diesel motorhome when check engine came on and I discovered it was a coolant leak of unknown origin. Contacted Fleet Care and they were willing to come to me. I decided to go their shop on my own. Once there, the two very able mechanics jumped right on it, found the issue and made the necessary repairs all in 3 Hrs. Very professional, accommodating and just nice people!Highly recommend and I should also note that aside from truck repairs he works on numerous RV xdIssues from mechanical to slideouts.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Great location, very polite, knowledgeable mechanics. Most issues with shops are getting parts but that's all shops and can't hold that against Fleet Care or any shop!
