There’s an employee who works there around 2:30am short cut Caucasian guy who’s very rude each and every time I walk in there this particular morning he nearly insulted me all because I grabbed a fork for my fruit that I was getting ready to purchase. The other employees did not have a problem with me doing it but he was the only person who got upset and started yelling and cussing at me and even threw the items that I was purchasing on the ground

Even if you look way over 21 cause I guess the people who work here can’t look at someone and figure yeah they’re over 21. So expect to be carded even if you walk out the door and turn right back in. Quit saying it’s policy cause a number of other 7-11 stores don’t do that stupid crap

Leaving this in part to raise the overall rating and in part to address some of the idiocy in other reviews.
Look y'all, you know perfectly well that the area ain't the safest. With robberies of stores happening literally every day, these folks can't be too careful, and they have to protect the business. Quit taking the hoodie stuff and anti theft measures personally, it ain't about you unless you're the shady one.
If there's a restroom break sign: I can't believe I'm even having to explain this, but most of the time these clerks are working by themselves. They can't leave the store unattended to go to the bathroom, and when you're working the kind of hours they work you wind up eating a lot of gas station food which means long breaks. They understand that you're in a hurry, but give them some grace!

I have found the store very clean and the employees friendly. I don't understand why so many are upset that they are asked to not have a hood on. It's 2024, robbery is prevalent. Being cold outside, is no excuse to keep it on inside. Old school mannners say no 'lid' indoors. Also, the pizza by the slice is better quality at this location than most others. This location puts each slice into a single container instead of two slices on one box left open to get cold. Great job.

Soo there is a sign says bathroom break but tell me why the doors was locked to the store from 11:09 am -11:20. Dam sir why did you take that long if you on a bathroom break and had two cars waiting outside waiting to get in the store

Quick and friendly service, employees consistently advise customers of promotions offered by 711 and opportunities made available by the 7Rewards app, grill and hot food box always stocked with fresh food, one of the cleanest stores in the entire area, what's not to like? Despite occasional issues with shoplifters, the homeless (there is a shelter 2 blocks away), and drunk patrons (bar next door), the staff consistently provide the best service that they can. Great place to shop or just get something quick to eat or drink.

7 eleven on 72nd Street is very high, Prices are not correct and some cashiers are very rude to customers. He knows that. He raises prices everyday. Stores need to have a surprise check more offen.

Worst gas station coffee I've ever had. 2/10 garbano. I don't expect much from 7-11 coffee, but it seriously even smells bad. I didn't think that was possible.
