Went to get gas from a pump with my card and someone hacked my account seconds after.so please be mindful going!! I will go back out there to give you the pump # but either way just don’t use a card at their gas pumps

To tell me to leave my backpack at the door and not even greet me is unprofessional and if your not going to tell a woman with a big purse to leave her bag you shouldn’t tell anyone else to I feel that’s wrong you should have the same energy with anyone wearing any kind of bag and I won’t be going to this location anymore

Went on Christmas day because of course we needed batteries, ice, etc. The staff was very helpful and quick. Would not have expected this kind of service any other day of the year let alone on Christmas when most people don't want to work.

To the owner(s): This morning I was getting my wheelchair out of my car to grab a few things. Unprompted, Novella came out and asked (it’s 18 degrees) if she could grab anything for me. I told her what I was going to grab and she went in and got it for me allowing me to put my chair back in the car. It was such a huge help!!!!she’s a beast! I thought you should be aware of how attentive and customer service oriented SHE is. Thank you, Novella!

im not sure why the hours were updated a week ago and say they're open 24 hours if i just tried to go at 10:30om and the lady working had the door locked but let a customer in while making eye contact with me and then proceeded to lock the door behind them. please update your hours of operation again so they can be accurate.

Absolutely every coffee station was cold and off. What 7-11 doesn't have coffee ready? The brand built on coffee. Very disappointing.

Dirty store and floors. The cashier said she doesn't do easy picks for Va lottery. And the coffee station was dirty with no coffee ready... Smh. Don't waste your time coming here.
