Was in there today 11/08 4:14am.Store stinks , floor nasty, person working rude with snake head attitude. Then tried to make me feel stupid said it says extra large on cup. Wanted to charge me the wrong price for refill. I explained i have never paid what she wanted to chrg she said she was right there wrong. Sooooo hundreds of people are wrong and she's right. Lol.
She needs to clean bathrooms not wait on customers. Never again.

Went to use the bathroom. Female employee told me I could wait or go across the street. Went and paid for gas. She actually walked past me laughing about telling me I couldn't go pee. Went and pumped the gas came back. Since she wasn't in the bathroom anymore I figured she was finished. When I went inside she came and opened the door. She told me she'd call the police. SHE ACTUALLY WEAPONIZED THE POLICE BECAUSE I NEEDED TO USE THE RESTROOM. So she walked out. When I was done I left the building. I approached my ride to find her on the phone giving the dispatcher a description of my vehicle. Petty, rude and unprofessional.

Jordan is awful. Terrible attitude. Decides to “close” the store middle of the day. His cousin left (after unlocking the door). Another customer went in so then my husband did. And he started saying “I mean I’m closed but people still keep coming in”. Then refused to help my husband and asked him “what’s he gonna do” but served the female that came in. Do better 7-11. And if Jordan Hayes his job so much maybe he should find another one where he does not have to deal with the public ??♀️. I’ve had great encounters with other employees here but all it takes is one bad apple. ? if this was my store I’d be mortified.

There is NO way that 3 out of the 5 work days for TWO WEEKS at the hours be between 530-630am there has been no espresso or coffee machine ran for a cleaning and is unavailable. There is no possible way but here we are . Please get the night shift to clean machine prior to them closing til or switching shifts . This is literally a top busy intersection that has been blessed with the new 711 and machines however take it away so no one has to waste time on commute if it won't have the necessities and machines available and working . I wasn't going to say anything but this is literally ridiculous to not have the machines cleaned during the week at these hours 530am/630am for the morning commuters . Someone has to be able to Throw the tabs in , run all cycles , change the milk and add coffee beans in a timely fashion at a convenient store that advertises their coffee brand ..... I know the process and I've never worked here that's how often the machine is out in the morning

Typical 7-11, no paper for receipts in gas pumps, no window washer fluid, and the biggest offense is loose trash all over the property. No wonder most go to the Wawa across the street, cause it’s cleaner.

Edit: I have returned since my previous review in which I promised to purchase a Red Bull to test the actual interior of the store, but I got distracted by the rave party car wash. Check out the video I posted: There's so many flashing colors, I almost started humming "Carmelldansen."...Also it was 10pm in the evening, which is not typically considered convenient (nor wise) to gain "wiiings," so you'll just have to accept another rain check on the Red Bull.Original: I hope the good people of this navigation app can forgive me for bestowing a five-star rating purely on the fact that they've put up a 15 ft tall inflatable slurpee over the gas pumps to celebrate the grand opening. I hereby pinky promise to go purchase a Red Bull at my earliest convenience and then come back and edit this review if for some reason I deem this particular 7-Eleven worthy of less than my usual five stars.

Truly the most modern 7-11 in this area. The people in the store were OK. I prefer 7-11 coffee to other coffees available and would rather fill up with ExxonMobil gas to unknown gas offered elsewhere.

Went into this new store today and asked the cashier for trips for .50 and she tried to give them to me for $1 and then got an attitude when I wouldn't purchase them. I'm not purchasing your mistake! Same cashier then tells me that I cannot pay with debit card for my lottery only cash which is not correct as I work part-time for 7-11 on the weekends and the only type of payment you cannot pay for lottery with is credit. Called the store to speak with manager and phone number doesn't even work. Get it together! Layout of the store looks great but the customer service and knowledge of the associates is horrible! Wawa is just across the street and they have great customer service but they are always so busy but I would rather wait in line than go to this 7-11 ever again! Good luck, ya'll won't be there long!

Most up to date 7/11 around. Use the machines while they still work great. Also the giant Slurpee made me stop there. Other then that very clean, stocked, and spacious.
