I had an extremely disappointing experience at AAFES Gas Station, Fort Eustis on 15 August 2024 at 15:30. After my credit card transaction was approved by the point-of-sale machine, the cashier took the product away from me, claiming the payment wasn’t showing in their system. Despite being charged on my credit card, I was refused the item I had already paid for.
This shows a complete lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was left without the product and no immediate solution. I expect much better customer service and accountability when dealing with paying customers.

Always out of paper in the pump. If I wanted to go in, I wouldn't pay at the pump.

I had a funeral and a wedding the same day and the wedding was on base. This gas station came in when I needed it and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
