The WORST customer service ever. Amanda and the other girl are so rude and very unprofessional. They charged my debit card two times in one month and tried to say a missed a months payment when I’ve never been late. I called corporate and received my refund. I can’t wait to pay off my bed and never rent from them again. Antony is too a sketchy guy. They are all so ghetto and nasty. I put the manager in her place today by telling her she just can’t talk to people anyway she wants too, she is a manager at a furniture store. Not a doctor or lawyer. They are all lowlife nobody’s.

Very rude and unprofessional management will lie to make sale. Sent a twin mattress to my home with pee stains on it!!! Was told I would receive bunkies for bunk beds called two times within a month and was told that no one every told me nor my husband that we would receive bunkies. Just very unprofessional we have account on autopay NEVER missed a payment I will NEVER do business with them again. Employees always at front of business smoking cigarettes lord knows what else as I see they will lie to customers. Do not do business with them they do not value loyal customers!!!!

I usually have great luck with Aarons but the sofa we got this time broke internally before we even had it paid off and they wouldn't stand behind their product. I changed my payment date 4 months ago and they continue to try and take my payment on the old date. Yesterday they sent a guy to my house to collect my payment without even calling me. Probably won't be using them again.

I went there yesterday happy to get a sectional at a reasonable price cash and carry, they had no prices available that day so I came back today. They were extremely rude. The manager was laughing in the back room with employees who ignored us talking where I could hear them about the price is now $700. Not the price they were estimating for me.then showed me the section al which had a rip and a couple of stains telling me the price is $690 and it wasn't the the one that was shown to me the yesterday. I'm so done with Aaron's as a company. The prices I can say oh well, but the lack of customer service and rudeness of the employees and the manager was inexcusable. The only polite one was the gentleman that actually showed me the sectional.

This store was closed at 4:23pm on Sunday 07/ 12/20. We drove from West Point Va, just to find locked doors. We decided to call just to make sure and sure and behold an employee named Sierra(sp) answered the phone. And assured me they were open. With locked door? Customer make a business and you will not have a business with locked doors. You should inform your hard working employees of that! Fortunately value city honored there hours and we were able to complete a sale!!!
