Shannon was so friendly and helpful. I’m from out of town and locked my keys out of the car. She allowed me to wait inside until AAA came and assured me I was not inconveniencing her at all.

I went today to exchange my dead battery (Warwick Blvd - Newport News, VA store). This is about the third time I have had to exchange it. This last one lasted over a year. So when I bring it, they test it and the lady testing it didn't seem to know anything because she kept asking another lady there.Supposedly it would take charge (which I tried before bringing it to the store and didn't work). They said that they still had to try themselves, which, whatever, you do what you need to do but I need a working battery soon.So without telling us anything about the process she starts dealing with paperwork. Give us a ticket and say "for when you come to pick it up". ask, how much this is going to take? and she responded 24 hours... 24 HOURS!! Are you kidding me? 24 hours to see if it was going to take the charge or not. That's ridiculous. So I had to wait all the way until tomorrow so they ended up exchanging it because I tried to charge it and didn't work!I already lost a day of work and had to move all my customers to tomorrow and you are telling me that I have to lose another day because the battery you sell is awful and defective?On top of that, the lady that doesn't know how to read the battery tester, tells me that it is the alternator! I have had a lot of issues with alternators in the past (other cars I had) and I can assure you, my alternator is working. Last time my battery was exchanged I did some digging and found bad reviews about it, but since I had the warranty I had to stick with it.I ended up leaving and going to another place. I rather have a new battery from a place that has better customer service. There's no way in this world that I will spend a cent more on this company (and even more in this store). Customer service sucks.

Disappointment. They charged $20 more for the same battery I picked from stock online, 0.2 miles from my house, they would not honor the price, instead they charged me more and still wouldn't use the Good Sam discount. They don't care! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON BAD BUSINESS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You deserve better.
