Was trying to help my sweet elderly family friend out who needed a battery for her car, I called this location and spoke with Joe and he was ever so helpful with finding the right battery she needed, listening to my crazy antics and sob story of the day and installing the battery for her! The manager also allowed me to bring my therapy dog in for a quick 5 mins to help out my friend so my dog didn’t have to wait in the car. 10/10 customer service ! Please give Joe and the manager that was on duty today (8/16/24 @ 1:30pm) a raise, an extra a day off or at least a pizza party. They were super champs who went above and beyond to help these clueless women out and never mad us feel dumb for our 1,000 questions or lack of knowledge. Can’t thank them enough.

came to purchase a battery and they gave us the last one which was manufactured 9/21. came home and the battery was completely dead. couldn’t even go back to this autozone because we got the last battery.

Will never shop at any auto zone again Have been a loyal customer for years (20) . Purchased a clearly defective part whereas they claim is not theirs, no refund. Bad part cost me an extra 350-400$ in diagnostic/further repairs. Duralast part matched on website so never again and recommend to never deal with auto zone.
