Joey the manager on duty needs to learn how to speak to people very rude very short and basically try to tell me what I was looking for he had no idea what it was or his computer didn't either so it was a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero and I was looking for a temperature sending unit it might not be worded exactly like that but anybody that's in the automotive business should know exactly what I was talking about Joey needs to go back to school once again very rude

Roberto, the customer service associate, installed my battery. He is super fast and extremely friendly. His skills were demonstrated very efficiently. I will certainly bring my cats here for battery changes in the future. I love my local auto zone.

Might I just say Joey is an awesome employee, great customer service was excellent and he was very helpful, he sent us over to another store for a part he didn't have in stock to meet Mario at the pepboys location, he was fantastic and git us exactly what we needed, give these men a raise.

Dyllon at AutoZone 0988 at 14365 -R on Warwick Blvd. In Newport News, Va was extremely helpful today, April 4, 2024, to me. He was courteous in addition to his helpfulness in finding the correct left front turn signal bulb and then INSTALLING it for me. Thank you Dyllon! You have my gratitude and future business. He deserved a tip but refused to take one.

The store has two out of three products. The associate (believe a supervisor or manager) located the third part and made a phone call to the store to confirm. A challenge with the form of payment was resolved out at the store. The patience, professionalism, friendly and the knowledge of the vehicle parts was great. The associate educated me on the difference of the part option. High integrity! Four stars, only because I believe in room for improvement, however this situation five stars. I will make it my primary store to do business.14365 Warwick Blvd Newport News VA
