I was in drive thru line for 30 minutes today. No excuse to have that poor of service for a bank. Teller gave no explanation of service issues. Tried to call while in line but no one from the bank would pick up.
Would have gone inside but could not get out of line.
Bank on J Clyde Morris Blvd.

Truist needs to up their online services. For most things, they tell you to do it in person at the branch. However the branch is short staffed with bankers and the wait time is too long. The tellers are nice, but expect to spend 1-2 hours at least to get anything else done.

I've had Truist Bank for several years. CAN'T WAIT to go to Bank if America. Truist.....SUCKS. I've had nothing but problems with them.NEVER can get someone on the phone. People have busy daily lives and it's so much easier for us to talk to someone on the phone...BUT That's not going to happen. Terrible Bank to do business with.

The woman bank teller at the drive thru is extremely unprofessional. After sitting in the drive thru overhearing the deposits being made in the long line of cars, I couldn't help but notice how she selectively announced only my account balance through the mic. Never has a teller done this to me before. She hadnt done it to anyone prior. Extremely unbecoming of a professional banker to maliciously single a customer out and announce their private bank account information within earshot of other customers.

Painfully slow. Tellers are very difficult to work with and unfriendly. They seem to try and avoid you as much as possible. Go to any other branch.

Very nice people . The only issue is I feel that there should be a designated teller for the business specifically if they are getting a lot of change . This way not everyone is being held up when you only have two tellers and both dealing with a business and it is a Friday.

Truist is generally awful since the merger. They are now the Spirit Airlines of banking.

Visited twice in mid afternoon to open a new account: Sorry, sir, we're understaffed, staff are out to lunch, staff are busy right now . . . Thanks, wise guys! I'll find another bank!!!
