They were very helpful to me and did above and beyond to get me activated. Automated help was no help but her and her employees got me right and very quickly.

If you are elderly, DO NOT GO HERE! These customer service associates scam older people. They know you know nothing about phone services and they will get over on you in any way possible. Please go elsewhere.

Unprofessional needs New Management. I would avoid this location if possible. They do anything to get you to swipe your card but after that you are on your own had to go home and activate my own devices even after I paid for activation fee. And a charger was broken in the Box. I'm just going to take my L. I learned my lesson I'm going to avoid this ratchet location from now on
