TLDR: Par-level car service, a bit overpriced via labor costs and fees, customer service needs work.Background: Caught a flat on a set of older tires some years ago and decided to purchase a new set. Was quoted $310 for an unused full set of tires manufactured 2-3 years prior, plus $150 for balancing, alignment and disposal. When the work was done they tacked on another $10 for a new lugnut, and $90 in labor to get the old one off. I stayed by the front desk the entire time and no one informed me of this additional cost before the work was completed (they knew about the lugnut being overtightened and stripped on the spare) - not the end of the world, but also not great. Additional FYI, they don't do free rotations on tires you purchase from them (fairly standard practice at other places).Service: Tires

I usually I get faster results with a review. My car was repaired about 4 or 5 years ago. I’m still having to take it in to get parts/clips for my front chassis/bumper. I’ve taken in back in at least 2 or three times, was told it was fixed, then after a few days the problems comes back and I’m told I need another part. I don’t understand the runaround. The last visit they kept my car for two days with no rental offered.Service: Body & Trim

Repairs on my Maverick were completed on time and to my satisfaction. The staff was helpful and in communication if a problem arose. Would not hesitate to use them again.

This is a fair warning, if you take your vehicle here, you are likely to encounter endless frustration and potentially further damage to your car. Just like many other reviewers state - my car went in with one issue and I got it back with another. This collision center seems to have an issue with reassembling vehicles.My front bumper got hit in a parking lot. Front bumper. Ever since I've had it back my driver-side window is not fully closing. The dealership explained they had to take apart my driver door and window to address the front bumper.I've been back at least 10 times - the insurance company says it's a workmanship issue and they can do nothing. The center has welcomed me back until they "get it right" - I have zero confidence it will ever happen.So just to recap:They had my car for over 2 months - because whomever ordered the parts ordered them for the wrong side of the vehicleThe communication was awful. Somebody is always on a lunch break or at a meeting.After addressing the front bumper damage, my window is not closingWater is now getting into my vehicle every time it rainsFord corporate said they can do nothing but facilitate calls and contactI suggest you NEVER take your vehicle here. My car was hit in my employee parking lot 2 weeks after I got it back from a previous repair. The previous shop was TERRIBLE so there was no way I was going back there! I saw a good review on Bowditch and figured I'd give them a try. I am so glad I did! They were great from the start. The customer service was amazing, & there was constant communication from Clinton either through calls or text. My car was ready in 7 working days, which was earlier than promised. The previous shop had my car 28 days, the first time and didn't repair it right so I had to take it back and then they had it for 50 days the second time. So when Clinton called me after 7 days, and earlier than expected, I was surprised. This shop is amazing and although I hope I never need another body shop in the future, if I do I've found one I will always use!!!

I recently had work done here. I had a hiccup with my insurance company, which prohibited me from leaving with my car. While I was on the phone with the insurance company, they let me drive my car home for a quick emergency. It is nice that they practice the honor system with their regulars.I'm giving this place 4 stars because...1) They told me they would take my car to get an oil change. Didn't follow through.2) There was a defect on the other side of my bumper and they just painted over it.Other than that. They had a friendly patient staff, that will work with you.

Very good service. Were able to get tires in very quickly, just wish they could have done an alignment on the vehicle while it was in.

Came in for a quick fix the day after Thanksgiving. Staff was professional, courteous, and kind. Service was finished quickly and the repair was well done. 10/10 will come back.

They done half a job completely fixing my car. Auto part was missing under my hood , check engine light and others were on after they Allegedly fix and done my state inspection. Exterior body part was the main focus to fix after car accident . They fix the outside of my car superbly but why is my interior damage. Rear of my car has air pockets damaged the back of my seats with scratches like they throw everything that was part of the vehicle in the back seat and was rough trying to push things in and out. Seat belt don’t buckle. Missing air nozzle. There’s more but If you have a Mercedes or any foreign vehicle I recommend not to bring here cause their staff is incapable of treating your car with care.

Bowditch in general is grade A garbage. Communication is beyond poor. They will run you in circles giving you false information the whole time. I’ve only delt with them twice and I WILL NEVER give them my business again and they never answer the phone. You have to have an attitude before they take you seriousService: Body & Trim

But when I mentioned that I already went there and was quoted a huge price for repair, Lee asked his team of mechanics and didnt hesitate to help.I asked for a diagnostic as a second opinion to my blank infocenter display because it went out after jumpstarting. (1st opinion was at CaseyChevy dealership auto service in NN recommended $2K worth of replacement part!!!, where I bought this suv!)About an hour later, the problem was fixed with proper time and research to resetting it. I am blown and grateful for the expertise and service of Bowditch Collision Center in NN. I only paid for diagnostic fee!The service is Top Notch! ???
