My experience was horrible! They led me on to believe that I would leave with a car… my salesmen Corrner was very unprofessional.. he tried to put me in a vehicle that wouldn’t fit my needs…. The seats and floor was filthy… as If someone had just dropped it off… he was very lazy and didn’t put any effort into finding us a vehicle…. We were there for over 6 hours and still went home without a car …

Taking a moment to give Casey’s and Tristian in Service 5 stars for the excellent performance they provided on 1/13/25. I brought my car in for inspection and detailing. They ended up with a full waiting room but did all their work quickly but without missing any steps. I had a problem with my Hyundai inspection - I thought I would - Tristian explained it to me as if I were an adult … who did not work on cars regularly. Lol. He offered to take me home or schedule a fix another day or I could wait 90 minutes to 2 hours. I chose to wait. 45 minutes later, car was fixed and detailed. They had the Detail guy work around repair. My car looked and now drives as if brand new. Tristian and his team went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough. They will get all my business in the future! Thank you, Tristian and Casey’s.

I been trying to get this Nissan kicks from them for 2 weeks. Keeping track of it, constantly calling to check the status because Casey never keeps up with you or keeps you informed. 2 weeks later, the car is finally ready for me to view, so I schedule an appointment for the next day being today at 11am. I get to the dealership and it’s closed for another hour, no one told me I couldn’t schedule at 11 because they open at 12. They take 20 minutes to look around for the car and then tell me they already sold it. Casey is just absolutely horrible with their customer service and things like this. I asked several times for the form to place a deposit on this vehicle. They kept saying they would email me, but I never got it. Don’t shop here, there’s a lot of ugly behind the mask.

I had an absolutely horrific experience with the service department at Casey Volkswagen. My car was dropped off on Thursday,October 31st for a minor repair and was told they would work it in. I rented a car in the meantime to have transportation. I contacted the dealership Monday and was told my car would be done by 11. At 11, I received a call saying it would be done by the end of the day. When I arrived at the end of the day, I was told my car wouldn’t be done until the next day. This went on until 11/08. During these days, they called and told me they didn’t know what was wrong with my car and told me they would be sending my car to the Jeep dealership. I stopped by the dealership to get an item out of my car before it would be sent to Jeep and my service advisor, Tish, told me my car had already left. I contacted the Jeep dealership and they reported they never received my car. Then, Tish told me they decided to keep my car and run some tests on the car. Finally, on 11/08, they told me my car was done. When I started my car, it was misfiring badly, every engine light was on and it would not go above 15 mph. I met with the GM the following morning and my car was sent to Jeep that following Monday. The GM was wonderful and put me in a loaner since I had spent over $1000 in rental car fees. Once my car was at Jeep, it was found that the Casey service department cut 5 wires in the wiring harness. When Casey was asked for some reimbursement for rental car fees, I was told no because it wasn’t there fault that my car needed service. I would not recommend them! If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would.
