As a military member who has moved 11 times, I've had my fair share of experiences with car dealerships. Unfortunately, my recent (which will be my last) encounter with Casey Chevrolet's service department was by far the worst in my entire 28-year career. From the moment I stepped foot into the Casey Chevrolet's service department, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff appeared unprofessional and disinterested, providing no warm welcome or assistance. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to help a customer. When a service member (Antwan) did engage it was almost confrontational, which caught me off guard. To make matters worse, after dropping the car off, the service department exhibited a shocking level of unresponsiveness and lack of communication. I struggled to get updates on the status of my vehicle, and when I did manage to reach someone (e.g., the Service Manager, Matt), they were dismissive and provided minimal information. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about the condition of my car. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this Casey Chevrolet's service department. The lack of a basic level of professionalism is unacceptable. I urge fellow buyers, especially military members, to steer clear of Casey Chevrolet and find one that values their customers. Save yourself the headache and choose another dealership that respects your time and business. There are plenty of other dealerships that prioritize customer satisfaction and communication, and Casey Chevrolet dealership is not one of them. Save yourself the hassle and find a dealership that values your business and treats you with respect. I'm taking my business and my upcoming car purchase (buying 2 cars within the next year) to another dealership for sure!!!!

Malcolm, Rick, and his team wasted half my day. Didn't even know basic trim models for cars. In the middle of the car deal he's asking details about my trade in? Bro we already past that, you got the vin, you've done walk arounds, I told you three hours prior to our appt... I could go on and on. The reviews for this dealership didn't shy me away because I made it so easy for them being prior car sales myself. Bunch of lazy, incompetent folks, who don't want to sell cars I suppose. What's the point of showing up if you don't want to sell cars?

I bought a car here. Took two days to do the paperwork but I had started the paperwork. I asked that they had all the paperwork lined up when we showed up still there 5 hours the second day . You have 2 years of free oil change but they make you wait so long that it's not even worth it. Bought it in November and here now getting an oil change. I'll pass next time. Go anywhere else than here if you don't feel like sitting in the lounge all day.

I bought a 2013 charger with 83,000 miles on it, test drove it and noticed the breaks were squeaking and I told them about it, they said it will be repaired after 150 point check we purchased the car ,and months after the car started to have issues such as coolant and the brakes were still squeaking I take it back to the dealership they fix it ect but didn't have the proper tools to work on it so I called them after waiting 6+ days and the manager used the excuse that it's a 13 year old car, and they did not the tools to fix these things , they told us to take it to dodge/ checkered flag and they will fix it considering I have a 2 year warranty we get it to dodge we bring it back they replaced everything. So be aware dealing with these convicts. They will try to rob you if you're time and money

The service department here seems to always be looking for a way to rip you off. I really need to find another source to getting my inspections done but they are supposed to be free since I bought the car here. Every single time, they hit me up for a broken tail light bulb and charge $60 to change it. If I leave to do it myself, I get to wait a day or two with a failed inspection sticker. The last time I came in for an oil change, they ran my card for $400 because of a recommended oil treatment service that I did not sign for. I do not recommend this place. Use is at you own risk and only as a last resort.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.... The worst experience I've had buying a car. We purchased a 2016 Toyota RAV4. The trunk didn't work and the suspension was squeaking. So, we ask to get whatever was wrong fixed. They head mechanic says the car is old (2016) and that's how metal on metal sounds when you change the brakes and rotors. When you call you will get the run around because their trying to get you out of your grace period so you have to keep the lemon that you brought. Then they gave us tags from DMV that expire November of 22 we brought the car August of 22. How do you give someone tags that expire in 3 months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

This was my first time here to bring car in for service. Aziah and the older gentleman moving the cars were welcoming and helpful. The service took about the estimated time I was given, they also have a nice waiting area were you can sit and watch tv or get cup of coffee. I would bring my car back here for service again.

I meant to write a review sooner but got busy with everyday life unfortunately. I've had my car service there before and honestly I wasn't real impressed with the service received. I had scheduled my appointment online with the special they were running with include an oil change with tire rotation. I didn't receive the tire rotation because I noticed all my tires were in the same spot when I took it in to be done. When I paid for the service I found it a little dangerous because where you pay is the same place where they check in cars. I had filled out a surgery and was told contact the manager and left a voicemail message and never heard from them.

Unfortunately, the staff just ignored me. It's ok, I had positive experiences with PRIORITY dealerships in the past. It seems it was a mistake to come to Casey.

Most of you know I hate given negative reviews, and it seems lately that's all I've been doing and I don't like it. However, as a customer and Yelp Elite, it is my duty and obligation to tell my experience with these business for you to consider before you visit them. of other. So with that being said, here it goes. CASEY CHEVROLET WAS TOO BUSY FOR ME!Yes, this is how I left feeling. Like All dealership service departments in this area, they were extremely overbooked, and understaffed.Drove me new vehicle in for its first oil change and service. Was quickly greeted by a young man who toke my general information for service. He then directed me to my service provider who was busy on the phone, so I waited near by. Be careful when waiting outside your vehicle here, their service bay just isn't made for that. The service providers are located in the medians of the service lanes so it is dangerous to wait for them outside you car. My service provider finally got off the phone, fiddled around for a couple of minutes, gave me a look as if I was inconveniencing him and then reluctantly ask if he could help me. I told him why I was there. He told me that it was a little job and directed me to the Quick Lube advisor for assistance. I guess they were unaware that I had an appointment cause all of them act surprised when they saw me in their face for service. The quick lube advisor explained to me how busy they were, that it was an inconvenience to fit me in (even though I had an appointment) and that they would not accept my vehicle oil change plan that I purchased with my vehicle. After hearing all the excuses, bad customer service, unorganized and every other infeasible thing in the line of good customer service, I just left. I think they were more excited to see me leave than anythingI just haven't had any good experiences from this place and will no longer honor them with my business. They are just too overbooked, understaffed and unorganized. Customer Service training is desperately needed here.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Happy Yelping.

Keith Parker is the man. Spent some time facetime with me. I will be moving to the area soon and will buy from him
