just had the great opportunity to speak with Pat the new manager for the Newport News store. He was extremely informative about my washer and what I believed was the issue. I now need to determine if it is worth repairing. This store was formerly Cashwell and the personal attention has not changed. My forever store!

D&L stands for debt and loss. This place is absolutely trash under the new name and management. Excuses that they don't know anything about my ordered part because the employe who ordered it had left for day and dont have his log. It's comical how terrible this place is now.

This place is under new ownership, and they don't know their butt from a hole in the ground.
It took them 2 and a 1/2 weeks to tell me that they couldn't get my part.
I will never use this place again.

I walked in with the most random small broken part in my hand...couldn't even remember the make of my dryer let alone the model. The girls behind the counter got to work on the computer & figured it out in a couple minutes. They didn't even scold me for my shortsightedness which she totally could of. Awesome service!
There is no such thing as universal fit. Bring your make & model!

Gina and Francis were two of the best customer service reps that I have ever met in my whole entire life. It’s nice when you go somewhere and the workers know exactly what they’re talking about. Not only did they help me what they help me understand the issue that was going on with my HVAC unit. This place is highly recommend it 10 410 because of the experience that Gina and Francis gave me while working on my HVAC unit. I would happily go back to Cash well anytime and recommend all my family and friends.

I have bought parts for several appliances from Cashwell Appliance Parts in the past and I was always happy with the service and parts provided.On my most recent trip, I needed to replace the Water Inlet Valve on my 20+ year old dishwasher. I called Cashwell's and spoke to Brady. He quickly researched the part, checked inventory, and quoted me a price over the phone.When I arrived at Cashwell, Brady had the part on the counter waiting for me. We verified the part was an exact replacement and I was quickly on my way. The part works perfectly and I am very happy with the assistance I received from Brady who was helpful, friendly, and professional. I will not hesitate to patronize Cashwell again,

I called Cashwell Appliance Parts on Wednesday and spoke with Brady. He helped me find the item number and ordered the part for my oven. The part was scheduled to arrive the next day (Thursday), However due to my work schedule I couldn't pick up the part until the following Tuesday. Brady offered to meet me after work on Thursday to deliver the part. Hat's off to Brady for going the extra mile and his exceptional customer service skills.Extremely happy customer ?

Wow, I needed a water intake valve for a ge dishwasher. I google appliance parts stores and blue crab appliance came up first. I called them and they wanted to charge me $60 for a part they would have to order, then it wouldn't be in for 7 days.I called cashwell to check and see the difference and it was $25.50 for the exact part and it would be in from order the following day!I will always go wish cashwell for ever single repair.I am a diy homeowner and you have gained a life long customer. Thank you again!
