I’m so happy this branch opened! I was driving up to Richmond the last two years. The staff here were amazing, but I have to give a shout-out to Marlo! She helped me update my name on my account and credit cards, answered all my questions, and made me feel really taken care of. Thanks so much!

Stopped by today looking for help setting up my account for my credit card and Raejene was so helpful and understanding that she literally turned my confusion into a very pleasant learning experience. Definitely would recommend that anyone who isn’t tech savvy ask for her by name if they visit this location and need help with their credit cards or accounts. 5 star customer service at its best. Thanks Raejene.

Upon walking in we were greeted by both the teller and one of the managers. They were falling over themselves to help us. This is the most customer service centric Chase location I have ever been to. I'm usually completely ignored closer to home.

Don't go here. Went with my husband and two kids to open a credit card at 4:30. They don't close til 5, but they said they could not help us because they "start closing at 4:15." What kind of business is this? It's a bank on a week day. We told them we will just go to a different bank. I've been a customer for 20 years, guess I'll shut down that account.

I when into the branch and was greeted by Peta-gaye she then introduce me to Amy and Amy was so helpful and polite.. well done Amy keep it up we need people like in everyday..

I called at 10am and was told if I came in by 12 I could open an acct. I got here at 11:15am and was basically asked to make an appt for Tuesday. I had to basically get an attitude with the lady for her to tell me I now had to wait 45. You should not tell people to come by a certain time then try to reschedule them. I had kids with me and made plans to have someone babysit. The lady wasn’t friendly and not sure why she was so quick to try to push me away. The treated everyone differently not sure why. Now I’m told it will be 45min cuz they have 2 other people. They had 4 employees. Not sure why the favorites but it’s out a bad taste in my mouth. They don’t even close till 1pm. Arrived at 11:15am. Long story I left and was not able to open an account. I hope they work on playing favorites with customers they never met!!!
