Buyer beware! Purchased a phone from this location and was asked if I wanted to buy a smart watch which I declined. There was no visible screen for the customer not do they give a physical receipt. I left the store with just the phone and a case that I also purchased. After I activate the phone, I get a text message of the receipt showing the purchase of the phone, the case, and the smartwatch that I told them I did not want. I called the store and was told to come pick up the watch despite me saying I did not want it. I was told that there are no refunds and not much I can do about it. Called cricket customer service to dispute the charge and they could not help either. Had to go through my bank to file a claim about the charge.

If I could rate this place lower than 1 star, I certainly would. It's disheartening to experience such abysmal customer service. Despite being a long-time customer, the treatment I received was beyond disappointing. I recently purchased a new phone and visited the store to perform a device swap, a routine process I've done several times before without any issues. However, this time, I was told that the account holder needed to be physically present for the transfer, which contradicted my past experiences. Even though I've worked in a similar industry for almost 2 years and understand the procedures well, they refused to accommodate me, citing a supposed rule. What's even more frustrating is that there's no customer service available on Sundays, leaving the store as my only option for assistance. Despite explaining my urgent need to have my phone working due to work commitments and other essential tasks, they remained unhelpful. Now, I'm left without a phone for a day, which is incredibly inconvenient and disruptive. After nearly 8 years of loyalty, this is certainly not the treatment I expected or deserved. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this store at all costs.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT shop here ever! I upgraded my phone and the sales manager Aleena slipped a $35 wall charger into my bag and did not tell me she was charging me for it. She did not give me a receipt for my purchase so I had to go back and request one. This is when I found out about the wall charger charge. They WILL NOT refund accessories no matter what so I am stuck with a charger do not need. I spoke with their district manager who was no help. TI understand the staff is only following policy however the policies are stupid. This was their staff's mistake and the customer pays. The policy on refunds of accessories is not posted in the store and not made clear as you are purchasing. REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Boy I have to tell you this guy(can't remember his name) was awesome! He went beyond the call of duty for my mother. He was the only worker there and was very cordial and efficient. I didn't detect any annoyance from him. My dear old mom needed 1 to 1 services and he did his best!?? He was definently management material ???
