Worst customer service every, being a diabetic, I stopped to CVS to buy the needle cap to give myself insulin, I could tell my glucose was getting high, I couldn't make it home, the pharmacy informed me they couldn't sell me anything because they couldn't find me in their system. The pharmacy tech at checkout was very helpful. She is always pleasant and friendly and gives a positive experience. Her cheerfulness , efficiency, and kindness helped me as I was having a bad day before I got to CVS. Thank you!

This has happened multiple times now. I have waited in line both in store and in the drive thru for over 10 minutes each time. By the time I get to the front of the line I am turned away "because we are now closed". I'm sorry that's just bad customer service. You can clearly see me waiting in line. It's not like I'm just walking up. If I had just walked up, that would be a different story, I would not be as upset about this as I am. I get people have lives outside of work. However it takes two minutes to get someone their medications especially if they are saying they are completely out of their meds and can't wait until the next day.

I'm giving them 5 stars!!! Da'Quan , the BEST!!!! He assisted me with my difficult order. He was very polite, greets you when you come in the door!! Ladies, he's tall, brown, and handsome..just saying . Anyway, he went through the whole order, also he explained the steps, and took the time to help me get it right. He has a pleasant demeanor. I wish more people could be as friendly as Da'Quan. He made my shopping experience wonderful.

*** DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY!!***They don't have the medications to fill prescriptions. They always have to order it. In which it takes 4-6 days for them to receive. They don't let you know its available for pickup. When you call PHARMACY your on hold 40+ minutes and no one ever answers. No matter the day or time. Employees are not helpful and can't answer questions if you have them. CVS leaves there customer in the dark and suffering while waiting for medication.

Thanks to CVS for taking My prescription insurance. I was help promptly at the consultation booth and right away taken to the drop off where I was able to share what medication I worked well with me if I had to use a generic brand. I left very satisfied with the process because their competitor which I was using didn't accept my new prescription insurance.

There is a person working in pharmacy name TJ he is beyond rude and talks at you and the first thing he told me instead of trying to help me was that he didn't know if he could help me with out even checking. Every time I come to this CVS THERE IS A PROBLEM. If you don't like what you do find and other job because 9 times o it if 10 if your coming for medication. The only thing you want is medication. Alissa the manger did help and was nice but TJ will mess up your entire experience he's miserable and incompetent. Couldn't read the drivers license with my spouse name on the same exact military ID I gave him.

The worst service ever. I had to give it a 1 just to post a review but truly it gets a 0 rating. They don’t answer the phone. I had them on the phone as I was at the counter. They take forever to acknowledge your presence at the counter too. The guy was listening to my phone. He looked at me with a puzzled face. I told them I am the person on the pharmacy line and I’ve been on for about 15 minutes and counting. All they could say is we are busy but at least you can answer the phone. They never call doctor for refills. I have to do it because I don’t want to run out of my scripts waiting on them to ‘supposedly’ do it. Horrible service. Don’t come here expecting professionalism or excellent customer service. They all need training.

Single mom, 2 sick children, just wanted to know if their prescription was ready, was on hold for 46 minutes before I hung up. Would have taken less than a minute to look it up and say yes or no. Sorry to inconvenience you
