Stopped in here to use the restroom, absolutely disgusting. Mold, mildew, and waste stains on very surface. Sink was disgusting, toilet had nothing but waste and stains on it. Trash all over the floor and no toilet paper.

Was in line by 1:20pm for a pick up. Pharmacy is closed from 1:30pm to 2pm. They closed the curtains by 1:27pm and said I’ll have to wait until they open back up at 2pm. Even one of the employees said: “they closed the curtains already?”. Changing my pharmacy right now.

I recently had a great experience with the pharmacist. I called about a prescription that was having issues (due to insurance and the app, not the pharmacy’s fault), left a message, and my call was returned within an hour. The pharmacist was very helpful in figuring out the issue and got my meds ordered in enough time for me to get what I needed!

This Pharmacy is the absolute worst! I’m always having issues with them and they can get really lazy! I had to call another cvs to get the information that I needed. It was simple and quick. These folks are lazy! I’m switching as soon as possible!

I was a former front end store manager for a different CVS. It is sad that some of the decent CVS stores are slowly dying because of their terrible pharmacies.When a pharmacy is willing to lose business by telling you that you might want to try elsewhere because they never have your prescriptions in time, nor can they provide further information about when they will actually be filled, it is unsurprising that the reviews look the way they do. What ticks me off most? Having worked there, I KNOW that they can provide some of the information I asked for…They CAN see when their next delivery will be in. They CAN return phone calls. They COULD display even a marginal amount of empathy and professionalism for people whose medications they control. Looks like I quit just in time. And I did change pharmacies. That being said, I have witnessed firsthand the difficulties of being constantly short staffed, poorly trained, underpaid, and overworked. The front end deals with these problems as well, yet is still able to make customers smile and want to come back. I love the front store, and the store manager (Charles) is awesome. Unfortunately, as the pharmacy handles over 80% of business… I don’t for see many CVS stores being in business for very long.
