Not once, but TWICE now this location has shorted me on my prescriptions. I’ve never had this happen before and I will absolutely be changing pharmacies. This location is run so poorly it needs to be shut down. Why am I seeing the pharmacy techs on FaceTime with their boyfriends behind the counter while asking for my sensitive medical information? Please never use this location if you have a choice. I’m currently going without one of my meds while I figure out how CVS is going to rectify giving me 13 pills instead of 30. I don’t even feel comfortable taking 1 of the 13 I have because god knows what has been done to it. Please stay safe and never be in my situation.

The Christmas card photos I ordered were printed upside down on the opposite side. Not only did the customer service rep agree I submitted the order correctly but they didn't think to stop before printing the entire order wrong. Im not sure who orders christmas cards like that but I think with just a bit of quality assurance this could have been adjudicated with just a singular phone call.

They never have your prescription on time always tell come back tomorrow or they have to order it. Diabetic can not wait for days. I was last in line and I over heard the pharmacist say I hope I haven’t killed anybody today and we were so busy that I did not fill the wrong prescription. Taking all my prescriptions somewhere else.

We went and they open at 9 but on the maps it says there open fix your hours ! I'm not satisfied with this service here at CVS!

My review is really for zero stars, but it would not let me post the review without selecting at least one star. I scheduled online to get my covid booster on 9/27/23. When I got to the store the clerk told she was expecting me. I asked her why and she said she wanted to put me on a waiting list as they did not have the booster. Even though they had my phone number, they did not bother to contact me. It's pathetic that they schedule appointments even when they don't have the shots. What a way to treat their customers. I won't be using them anymore.

TLDR: This place is super slow, crowded, will not have your medicine and/or vaccines, and will lie to you intentionally or not about when they will. They also don't answer the phone. Go somewhere else. Even if you are already there, call your doctor and get the prescription sent somewhere else. It will probably be faster.Super crowded had one pharmacist who had to do vaccines and approve all prescriptions. Was told by drive-through at 5pm that my prescriptions wouldn't be ready till 8pm unless I came inside. If I came inside, my wait should be less than an hour. So I limped inside, then waited 3 hours for 2 prescriptions while listening to everyone complain about not getting very important medicine for life threatening things (of the top of my head sleep medicine for some asthma, seizure medicine, and other) and also people who had to wait for seemingly non threatening medicine for thier dog. All of which was "already ready, but just need a pharmacist to approve it. "The girl behind the counter was constantly being berated by people frustrated. It culminated in one customer losing his cool and yelling about what his kid is supposed to do when she doesn't have medicine that is 2 days late despite him being here both days to get it. Then, the pharmacy tries to rush him, which makes others want to try yelling, too. This is 2 hours into my wait.I've been super calm during all of this and have been waiting calmly while seated. The counter girl gets peoples names that have been waiting again and tries to get everyones stuff. Some still don't get their medicine and are sent how empty. This includes an old woman crying because she can't get pain medicine.At almost 8 pm, I get called and told my medicine is ready. I just want to leave, so I quickly pay $150 for something that after insurance should be 5-10, but I just want to leave and will claim after the fact. Once I limp to my car and open the bag, I then realize I only got 1 of 2 prescriptions, and it's not the main treatment one. So I hobble back in, see the line, and make a vain attempt where counter girl sees me and asks why I am back and I tell her and I feel her collapse alittle.So I decided to come back the next day since it "will be ready by 9am"At 1030am I go to their drive-through and after waiting till 12 because I tried to change lane so both inside and outside lanes used and then watching 3 cars go by while outside lane ignored I went back to end of line and stayed in inside lane. So now noon next day and drive-through is telling me it will be ready by 2pm.TLDR: This place is super slow, crowded, will not have your medicine and vaccines, and will lie to you about when they will.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pharmacy is probably the worst I have ever encountered. Don't bother calling the pharmacy as they will never pick up. At this point why even bother having a phone, if you have no intention of attending the calls? They will put your prescriptions on hold for absolutely no reason. Just be prepared to go in and wait pointlessly to get anything accomplished. Some of the techs are very nice and understanding while others are flat out rude. I'll surely be switching pharmacies asap.

Absolutely the WORST. I have called multiple times to have only been put on hold for a extended periods of time. No one ever picks up. This is a serious issue that needs to be corrected. Also have issues with new prescriptions not going through the text system so you don’t know if they’ve been received or if they are ready for pick up.

My wife and I were separately on hold (she was 2 hours 45 min and I was 45 min today) I eventually drove down there and there wasn't a single phone ringing even though I was on hold WHILE INSIDE AT THE PHARMACY. I really hope the ringers were just off and the phones were still usable but NOBODY was on a phone!!!! The dude I talked to at the drop-off was cool and seemed genuinely apologetic about the phone situation but GOOD LORD! WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO CANT DRIVE DOWN TO THE PHARMACY?!?!?! I am lucky to have that privilege but others do not! This is a corporate incompetence issue that needs to be fixed right now, not soon, now.I was also on hold yesterday trying to get this prescription filled (I cant do it online or else this review wouldn't be written) for 2 hours and 30 minutes.... corporate: I dare you to make an undercover call....

The absolute worst Cvs I have ever experienced they could have a prescription for days and then you come to pick it up and it’s not ready, but you can pick it up in two hours. There’s always huge lines. The pharmacy techs are rude avoid at all cost, this must be the worst CVS on the East Coast

Terrible customer service was told my prescription would be at their location the next day online. i go inside the next day and they say i dont have one placed and they will place the order and itll be here the next day. i gave them 2 extra days because i was busy; go and get told they never placed the order and that i’m going to have to contact my doctor. basically got lied to twice in August 2023

I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription for birth control pills. The lady at the window said it wasn't ready but it was sent by pharmacy the day before. It's literally just a one package of birth control pills. But they don't want to make a effort to go and grab it so she said to come back within two hours. Worst cvs pharmacy I have been to!

They never pick up the phone. Every prescription I get requires me to come up there, ask them to fill it even though they got the order, it literally takes a minimum of an hour of my time for EVERY SINGLE PRESCRIPTION. It is extremely frustrating.

When I have pick up for my refills, they would text me, and when you call you will be on hold for 30 mins. or longer. That's bad.

I would give zero stars if possible. This pharmacy is chronically understaffed, and those that are working are visibly stressed and overwhelmed. Wait times on the phone are over an hour, and often no one ever answers. Wait times in person are just as bad for both in the store and the drive-thru. Avoid this location if you can.
