The store is no longer affordable. All items are overpriced. Staff is not helpful or friendly. Parking lot is dangerous!

Helpful, kind store associates. Store is organized, neat, and clean. Relatively good selection of different types of seasonal shoes/sandals/sneakers/boots. Personally, I would like to see more name brand arch support shoes and comfort shoes (all types and brands) that are trendy and stylish for all occasions. Keep up the excellent customer care! It doesn't go unnoticed!

They have a great selection of shoes. There are so many styles to choose from. The shoes are very reasonable in their price range. The staff is also very helpful.

I visited the DSW store on Jefferson Rd on 4/2/24 in the afternoon. I spent about an hour searching for tennis shoes, and almost left empty handed. I have a wide foot (PLEASE carry more wide womens' selections!) as well as arthritis in both feet. Comfort is of utmost importance, but at 59, I am not quite ready for Grandma shoes. I lost count of how many styles/sizes I tried on and was super frustrated. Then a beautiful redheaded sales associate named Christi kindly offered her assistance. She brought me a couple of styles that I had glossed over, and they work perfectly for me! Great fit, comfort, and super cute. On top of that, I had a 30% off coupon, so it was also a great deal! Christi rang me up, and I assured her I would be back and ask for her.
Please continue to hire caring, hardworking, knowledgeable humans like Christi. Your business will thrive, because your customers will be happy and therefore spend their money. And of course, please stock more wide width!

Rude and senseless. Had to call the national customer service number to cancel an order that the store associate could have canceled on her own (but refused to do unless I came directly into the store, even though I had the order number ready over the phone).
Bafflingly idiotic. Wasted 15-20 minutes of my life over something that should have taken 1-2 minutes to do. Lost my business for life.

I usually love this place but recently I came across employee Cheryl, older, unkept, and I bit on the less than educated individual.
I noticed she was very sweet to some other customers and when she got to me she just stared and said "what?" I'm not sure why, maybe she is in dire need of training and direction, I really do hope this attitude gets fixed, it is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
