This evening's shoe shopping trip was a disappointment due to the store's poor customer service. Despite needing help finding a pair of shoes for myself and daughter, no one was available to assist us. The lack of assistance made for a frustrating visit.
When someone finally helped, they said we could only try on one shoe at a time (gave us the left shoe but refuse to give us the right shoe) because of store policy.

This place is horrible. I’m not sure what qualifies as customer service, but this place sets the bar really low. My son spent $145 of his hard earned summer job money on shoes. The stitching came out on the sides and 31 days after he purchase them he can’t exchange them. They said they were too dirty and worn. He wore them maybe 10 times, since they weren’t his primary shoes. We will never do business there again. Don’t spend your money in this store. Buy your shoes from a reputable company. DTLR should hire employees with more qualifications than just a pulse.

The remodel looks nice but they have a little box size area for woman. Today 12/06/20, my daughter and I visited DTLR and We were greeted by DTLR Customer service ? Ayanna. So polite, informative with a Wonderful attitude and great attitude. Thank you Ayanna
