Edible Arrangements in Newport News Virginia is great. The bouquet arrived fresh and gorgeous and when I had questions about something, they were very helpful and kind - willing to go the xtra mile to make sure customer is satisfied.

Called this am to place a order for my daughter for her bday.. the lady on the phone was really rude from begining of convo till end when i decided to end call .. asked for the manager she repeatedly hungup on me .. its not my fault you decided to work at edible arrangements.. if i was this company id try to hire better workers that are not ghetto and rude to the customers and mad they work at fruit shop.. ill take my business elsewhere.

Very disappointed. My recipient couldn't even eat it because the fruit was OLD! I want a refund and already contacted corporate. These are expensive and I expected better quality.
