So, I had a bad experience with the Enterprise on Mercury that left me inconvenienced and without a car for the holidays. I really needed a rental and decided to drive out of my way to this location, hoping for a better experience. I'm happy I did! The staff here were very professional and friendly. The process was so easy from start to finish. This will be the only place I go when I need a rental.

I called 4 days in advance to reserve an insurance rental . I always pay a little extra for my insurance policy so that I could rent a nice vehicle if needed .I like suvs..Just feel safer and my vehicle that was in the shop was an suv. I proceeded to reserve a luxury vehicle, preferably an suv . I arrived at my appointment early. There were no luxury vehicle on the lot. The manager procedure to tell me that he'd find 1 for me.After waiting 45 minutes or more. I was taken by shuttle to the Hampton location where I saw several luxury suvs and cars. Long story short was rented a vehicle which I thought wasn't anything near luxury and was not an suv .Im an enterprise advantage member...Worst Enterprise rental experience so far. I actually returned the rental car early..The old bait and switch..got me again !

Dwight and his team are super stars!!⭐️
We rented from the Enterprise at J Clyde Morris and Jefferson ave in Newport News, Va. Enterprise as a company is my favorite rental because they typically have great staff who are empowered to help a customer. This visit Dwight was our rep and I was thoroughly impressed. He called me the more of my rental to confirm, was super pleasant on the phone and even nicer in person.
They were having a typical challenging Monday morning so people waited for cars thanks to late returns. What impressed me most was how Dwight and his team worked together to get everyone in a car asap while continually checking in with each customer and always with a welcoming smile. I felt like I mattered as a customer.
I can go on and on but I will say this, I would pass up other locations to rent from Dwight and his team any day. They handled stress and adversity with grace, joy and kindness.

I booked a one way reservation online. I received a call the next day saying they were booked. The guy didn’t offer any suggestions just said sorry.
I called 800 number and they booked me a reservation at another location.
I called the location and was told they had no cars. I explained that customer just booked it for me. She said right they do that all the time.
Called later that day and asked if they had a reservation to pick up car snd drop off at same location . They said yes.
I thought that was awful. Shame on them

Went to the one off of J clyde. They have the best customer service there. They have been such a big help. Definitely check them out for your needs. Not to mention a nice car selection as well

Awful customer service. No one ever answers the phone when you call or calls back when they tell you they will. It seems they give you the most expensive rental when you use your insurance and don't honor your request to downgrade. Been trying to trade out this vehicle and call for a week no with no success.

Very dissapointed was given a mercedes with bad wipers called then to let them know or fix it no interest in doing so....the answer we cannot do anything u til monday...i stayed home while it was raining cause you cannot see and they had zero interest in making it right. This rental was thru my insurance i will never get a car from this location again.....id rather walk....as a matter of fact i currently am to the store in the rain.....
