I rented a car from here for the first time. The whole experience was very smooth. The folks working the counter were very friendly. They have an electronic process which is very light on physical paperwork. They gave me a brand new 2024 car with about 400 miles on it. It was clean and ran perfectly. The return process was equally smooth. I rent a lot of rental cars (at other airports) and I came away very impressed! Patrick Henry is already the "easy" airport and this was smooth and easy as well. Thank you Enterprise!

Easy online process,check in was fast as was the return. Very friendly and helpful counter personnel. Car was ready when promised, low mileage and immaculately clean. Will use nnwb airport location again.

This location was much better then the Williamsburg location. The Williamsburg manager blamed our Beaufort location as the source of the problem. Enterprise is still great and we won’t change to a different company. The one star reviews on the Williamsburg location mostly matched up with our experience. It’s unfortunate that little has changed at that the location over the last couple of years.

Desk agent is courteous and professional. She was doing her best as the customer in front of me was clearly expecting a lot from her and that customer had an unruly child she wasn't attempting to control. Agent was very professional and treated her with kindness and respect. Kudos to her. She was efficient and helpful when it was my turn. We drive further to get to this airport location as the J Clyde location does not have kind, friendly, professional associates. They also typically don't have many ready to go vehicles on hand and the airport location, while less busy, was able to offer me an upgrade to the Highlander that was going to meet my needs better. I wasn't totally impressed by the Highlander. Unsure if it was the vehicle or something else but the acceleration really struggled and it shouldn't have been that bad.

I always have a good experience through Enterprise. I would appreciate a revisit on the 400 hold when renting policy.

Both receiving and dropping off the car with enterprise was easy and effective. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience.

Wont make that mistake again. Booked a reservation, showed up, They said they have 3 cars but they are holding them for other reservations and we would need to go check other locations. Called customer service, first person escalated very quickly, second person got disconnected, 3rd person escalated again and said they should have done better. Now on with number 4 who said she is in another country can't help with customer service.Edit:Isn't it interesting how I can spend hours trying to get help for people Enterprise stranded without the rental car they reserved but as soon as I post this out for the whole world to see how they are treating their customers, someone messages back like they really want to take care of the problem?Let me tell you how this ended before this response from Enterprise below. The two women and the two kids left Enterprise and made their way home. The one who was there to get the urgently needed rental started calling her bosses for help. (She just started this job, Not a great early impression) One of her managers offered to come take her kids to day care in the morning and bring her to work. So she at least has a plan for tomorrow morning while her car is in the shop. I guess you got to leave the good deeds to people that just want to do good, because you clearly can't even pay Enterprise Rent-A-Car to help when they make a mistake.

Was not pleased with given a car that needed service. Very much inconvenienced and stressed by having to seek out a replacement while on business trip.
