I've rented with enterprise before but NEVER do business with this branch. Tried to rent a minivan. Got stranded at Costco because it wouldn't start and wouldn't get in gear. Very difficult to get them on the phone. Trying to get my refund is like pulling teeth. Just going to take my own vehicle. Too much hassle. This is the branch hidden in the suttle dealership on Jefferson.
Reply to the company's response: I visited the website you posted. A bunch of clicking in circles and ads. There is nowhere to communicate this experience or voice a concern. Try again!

The Newport News 12950 Jefferson Ave Location: Khabirah is AMAZING!! The BEST Enterprise agent I have ever encountered! Professional, knowledgeable, quick, understanding, pleasant, loves her job, goes above and beyond, and communicates from initial contact til the end! She is absolutely TOP-TIER!

Have rented twice from this location. The staff is friendly and service oriented. The cars were clean and in good condition. We will definitely rent from this location again.

This is the worst enterprise I’ve ever had to deal with. Waited 20 mins for someone to pick me up and then sat here for another 25 mins before being checked in and still haven’t gotten a rental car.

I had the best experience I’ve ever encountered with this location and more specifically with Roy - I had multiple conversations with him as I was in need of securing a vehicle through my insurance claims. Bottom line it was a very stressful situation for me going back and forth making all the necessary arrangements with claims on multiple vehicles and Roy was truly a pleasure to work with as he assisted me with complete assurance that I needed not to worry and be stressed as he would work with me to get all of the details of the paperwork completed to keep me riding while I work everything out with my insurance. Even when things become complicated he stepped in and took complete ownership and delivered on his promise with complete satisfaction. Outstanding customer service is rare these days but Roy was a master among maters…

We showed up to pick up the car we had already paid for and there were no cars - NO CARS - available. And no answers from the stoner behind the counter. He told us they were bring our car up from another shop. That never happened. And as we tried to figure out what we were going to do he locked up the shop and stood in the parking lot by his girlfriend's car. Then they both drove away. It was 3:30 pm on a Tuesday. Never again.

Perfect experience! They work with me and made my experience quick and easy. I have nothing bad to say at all. My rental was clean and it drove great. Customer service was awesome. Definitely will go back to this location in the future.

Dante is awesome! I am not a customer this time but was in with a friend. He was willing to go the extra mile. That means a lot! After an accident, insurance companies make things so much more complicated. I only deal with Enterprise and Dante is just one example of why.

We can’t even get a response from them. They continue to hang up on my husband when he just asked to rent a car. The first time they hung up when he said he was calling to get a vehicle for insurance. He called back thinking it was a mistake and they picked up and hung up again. Ghetto and ratchet.

Recieved confirmed reservation for a rental showed up told they had no cars put me on wait list and two people with no reservations came in after me and both got cars and were leaving the state. Also they called me after made reservation didn't leave voice-mail I tried to call back few times and no one ever answered. So figured it was still good since if they had no cars they would send email or something canceling the reservation but never did. I use to use them a lot I will be moving to new company. Wasted 36 bucks getting to location.
