Terrible service ; employee appeared annoyed to be helping me with basic questions about services and products.
When I asked about the expected time frame of the service I was inquiring about, she continued to grow more aggravated.
I assured her that my business appeared to be too much inconvenience and I’d be happy to take my money elsewhere.
I rather pay double the price than to feel like I’m bothering someone for asking them questions about the very services they’re offering!!

I've used this place twice now, for shipping paperwork via FedEx. Both times shipping was timely and documents arrived intact. Staff members were kind and helpful. The store was tidy, with plenty to draw your eye if you had to wait a minute or two for service. Parking was convenient (with a Coldstone Creamery right next door, in case you need a point of reference, or a treat!).

I went on 16 NOV to ship a flag and display case to Florida for a ceremony. The case and flag was packed. Before I left they asked if the address was correct costing me $82.00. The box never made it to Florida. Eventually it was sent to my return address. When I looked at the shipping label they did not put the building number on the shipping label. Before I left the Fedex office I did check to make sure they had the right address before I left. I can't believe they did not put the building label on the box.
Eventually I had I go back and reship the box. They charged me $60 for shipping this time. I don't know why they even charged me again. Makes me sick that the retirement ceremony was messed up because of FEDEX not shipping the box correctly. And the then I was charged again

Wonderful experience yesterday! Misha is so kind and patient and definitely needs a raise! I wish all my interactions at establishments were like the one I had with her. Thanks again for everything !

These negative reviews are frankly confusing. I have used this location many times and never had an issue. Kelsey is amazing and so are the rest of her staff.

Came in to pick up an order that was placed online by our client on 7/29 at 615pm. Went I got my order I had to ask to look at it. The order was $339. They did not give a receipt of the order placed online that would break down the price. Every other printed page is a sheet of instructions so half my order is wasted paper that my client is being charged for. The young boy behind the counter was not helpful, did not get his manager, nor did he offer any customer service of any kind. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I definitely will not use them in the future!

Nothing short of a FANTASTIC experience! I was greeted by an associate that was in the middle of helping another customer saying she would be right with me. Seconds later, another associate came out from the back, politely greeted me and asked “how can I help?”. I hope for the store benefit, this or another current review lands on their geotag when being searched for.

HORRIBLE! Went on October 27, a young female with blonde dreads attended me(didn'tthad a name badge on ). She was non helpful and disrespectful, was yelling at me the entire transaction non patience because I was asking about different shipping costs. Said she already explained to me, which part are you not understanding. Her interaction was totally un called for. Non professional. The way I was spoken to and treated no human should be treated this way. She has no knowledgement how to interact with customers, and an employee like this should be in a different department where she doesn't have to talk to the public. I had to take a moment after this ,it was very overwhelming.

This is the second time I have placed an order with this particular FedEx office because even after a bad experience, I always believe in giving someone a second chance. We all have bad days, places are understaffed, and everyone makes mistakes. I understand that. I use printing about once, or twice a week, and I have a corporate account that I use for my business. I moved from Virginia Beach to Newport News, and this is now the closest location to me. The Virginia Beach location on Northampton is normally ready hours before it’s supposed to be, meanwhile I’m here now at 12:20 and my order that I placed last night to be ready by noon today is still not ready. I’ve been told twice that my order is “almost ready”. It’s 50 copies. I’ve watched as they’ve printed it the wrong size a few times and how they’re all laughing and joking behind the counter, and no one seems to be bothered by the fact that my printing is late. While typing this review, they have finally printed my order. However, nobody even bothered to apologize for how late it was, and little do they know, it’s going to make me late for my meeting. On top of all of this, the last time that I went to pick up my order, One of the women behind the counter was very rude and it was late then too, and it was clear that they didn’t start printing until I came in asking about my order an hour and a half later. I have plenty of options on where I can print, and plenty of other FedEx office locations. If I were you, I would use one of them before I come here.

This store is a joke. They are incapable of doing even the most menial jobs in a timely manner and the attitude and customer service of the staff is terrible. Go elsewhere!
