Upon arrival, we were not acknowledged or greeted by any staff members. Several items throughout the store appeared to be out of place or not properly organized, even when located in the correct sections. Despite passing multiple employees, there was no effort made to offer assistance or extend a greeting, which contributed to an overall lack of attentiveness and customer service.

I would not not shop at this place ever the cashier was super racist 😒 she sow that I was a latina shopping and browsing thru the store and she was following me wich I thought it was cool. I bought 5 items and as I was going to pay she told me that she was going to scan my items bc thats what they do now and said really bc the one by my house still self check out but i understand. I thought it was a good idea she check me out. I didn't mine but l notice that the cashier didn't check the other two Aftican America ladies that were right behind me. that really made me furious and I told her that was not nice do not judge the book by itscover because you don't like it when people does it to you I will never be back to this place. She had short hair light skin african american.

Think this is an older 5 Below. I'm use to the Coliseum and the other one in Jefferson Commons which I think are newer. Store is small than the 2 I listed above. But you can find great stuff you probably don't need but it's so cute you can't leave without it. Like glasses for my dog come on now I didn't need it but it was cute. Nice variety of Hello Kitty items too. If your a Hello Kitty fan. I buy their t-shirts all the time. They have some cute ones from time to time. I was surprised by their lesser known name cosmetics. They sell the usual Wet n Wild & Rimmel. (I think). Last but not least they have candy and lots of it. Some you've heard of some you haven't. But yeah lots of candy.

Good selection this trip. Was very difficult to pay in cash. The checkout kept malfunctioning. But isn't this why we come here? Cheap stuff to fill the void? Maybe find an obscure deal. Not a regular stop but usually interesting.

The one at the register is normally very nice. Can't usually find anyone else if you need help. Stock is good, store is clean, overall ok.

Loved the orgonization and layout. There was a lack of actual working employees in store, and some of the items that weren't the usual $5 and below (or $5.55 below as the store mame suggests) were not labeled to have the price being guessed upon, and disappointed once reaching the register. Aside from that, great store and decent shopping experience.
