Yesterday afternoon, I visited Foot Locker Kids at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News, Virginia, to buy shoes for my daughter. The experience was fantastic. Although they initially couldn’t find her size, Schujwan G, who assisted me, was very kind and didn’t stop searching until he found it.
The customer service was excellent very attentive and friendly and the transaction was quick. Additionally, they informed me about a survey on the receipt that offers a $10 coupon for my next purchase.
I absolutely loved that! We will definitely be back.

I just got some shoes and they were with me answering my questions if i had any if i didn't want the shoe it wasn't a problem i didn't have to buy anything if i didn't want too and still get the same customer service however it's a bit expensive or at least it can be.

Jasmine, Tim and the rest of the kids foot locker staff are amazing. I will continue to go back there and shop for my shoes. I will travel 35-40 minutes just because the staff is the bomb and I want to keep giving them my business.
