We have done many deals with this dealership over the last 5 years. working with Byron and Dakota each time. Although this time, was bad timing due to the transition period from Hall to Southern, these guys did everything they could to make the transition smooth. Hiccups are expected in any business, it's how you react that makes the difference. I highly recommend these two and will certainly continue doing business with them in the future.

We took our 2021 F-250 super duty in for rattle noise (we said a heat shield maybe ) they could hear anything. So put it out in back lot and we show up before close and they tell us. But they should have called and let us know at 10:00 am when they looked at it and could find the problem. But the mechanic stole our step stool from the back seat I use to get in the truck. So FYI take everything out of your vehicle or it could be stolen Commercial repairs dept.

In an attempt to help a friend, I paired up with her son to show him what it should take to get his car fixed. As a young apprentice electrician, he's relying on his Ford Hybrid SUV to get him back and forth to the job. Recently his steering (electric) failed, leaving him high and dry. We went through the process of having a tow company get his vehicle to Hall.We had even set up an appointment for 3pm that day. We are now a week into this and just found out yesterday that "there is a national shortage on the parts needed to fix his truck". I had spoken with the service writer the day we had the vehicle towed in and I explained to him that this was a learning event for my friends young son. What he has learned is that calls for status go unreturned, excuses are a dime a dozen, and that Hall Ford has his butt over the coals.Learning experience for me too! I won't dare by my next Ford truck at Hall.

I have made two purchases from Dakota at Hall Ford. Only downside is the add ons. But I can say, I am very impressed with their services.

Buyer beware... I purchased a new truck that broke down two days later. The brakes went out on the freeway, and the car has been at the dealership for a week and a half without any progress. The dealership did put me in a loaner, but it was a much smaller car. To make things worst, the loaner vehicle has been overheating. This ordeal has caused me hundreds in lost revenue. I should have kept my vehicle or gone elsewhere. Just run away!!
