The experience from meeting with our sales person Catharine and through installation was great. The install crew was professional and completed the job in two days when it was estimated to take four days. Highly recommend Jack’s for all flooring needs!

Jack Carpet and Tile did amazing work on our first floor. We had vinyl flooring installed in our living room, dining and office space. They gave great quotes and the entire install only took a day. We are so pleased that we are going to have them do our upstairs flooring as well.

Jack’s Tile group was responsive to all the required rules in my condo. I was satisfied with the carpet quality and installation. They were very helpful in restoring all the furniture to their original locations, with no accidents or damage. I highly recommend using Costco and Jack’s tile carpet.

They've completed 2 jobs for me and am very pleased with the results; whole house carpet replacement and LVP flooring in the kitchen, bath, and laundry. Professional quality work, timely and reasonable. Very responsive and on schedule. They fit me in on the LVP at the last minute knowing I really wanted it done quickly.
